Our Christian Values and Distinctiveness, alongside our School Mission Statement of ‘Learning, Growing and Inspiring through God’s Love and Grace’, are at the heart of our curriculum and all that we do at Samlesbury.

English is the cornerstone on which all aspects of education are built. Each child is taught English for at least on hour each day. In addition we adopt a cross-curricular approach to our work, which means that literacy can be developed in as wide a range of contexts as possible.
