ADMISSIONS

Admissions Consultation Notice for September 2022 - This year our school has to consult the wider community on our admissions arrangements as it is 7 years since there has been a consultation. Our proposed admissions arrangements ( which are unchanged) are available to read/download from our website in the admissions section. The consultation period lasts for 6 weeks and runs from 19th October 2020 to 7th December 2020. If you have any comments about the proposed arrangements, please send them to school via the bursar email or contact either of our Chair of Governors (details in the Governor section).

We take a maximum of 10 children each year. Children come from far and near to attend our very special school. In September 2020, we had 9 children starting at the school.

Update on faith commitment and church attendance which has been affected by the Coronavirus

Due to the closure of church buildings for public worship from 17th March 2020, Church of England Schools and Academies have been asked to make a variation to their previously Determined Admission Arrangements for 2021 if they include Church Attendance as part of their Over Subscription Criteria.

“In the event that during the period specified for attendance at worship the church has been closed for public worship and has not provided alternative premises for that worship, the requirements of these [admissions] arrangements in relation to attendance will only apply to the period when the church or alternative premises have been available for public worship”.
