Tower Wood October 2019

What a fantastic week we've had at Tower Wood yet again. The weather was (on the whole) really lovely which made the whole experience in the beautiful Lake District even better. The children took part in a range of activities depending on their age/group including kayaking, canoeing, tree climbing, orienteering, making fire and caving to name but a few. All the children were amazing, gave their absolute best in all the challenges, encouraging and supporting each other in true Samlesbury style. They learnt so much about confidence, teamwork, resilience, perseverance and enjoying the outdoors, which they will hopefully take forward with them for the coming year.
